Project Development
Innovas has extensive experience in helping clients to develop projects. This includes feasibility and market demand studies, project appraisal and options assessments and business planning. We combine the hard evidence from our Market Intelligence service with the pragmatic experience of our specialists and practitioners to provide realistic assessments and accurate feasibility proposals.
Smart Objectives
We have a sound grasp of what makes for a successful initiative: SMART objectives; a clear market failure case routed in a firm evidence base; clearly defined interventions and delivery mechanisms; measurable targets; and clear, well funded monitoring and evaluation plans.
Funding
We have experience across a range of funding streams, including European Structural Funds (ERDF and ESF), and domestic sources, each of which present different challenges in terms of regulatory compliance (eg. State Aid, procurement, publicity and the need for a transparent audit trail).
We are also frequently involved in helping to ‘make the case’ for projects, supporting planning applications and helping clients to secure public and/or private funding contributions.
Our considerable experience includes developing feasibility studies, establishing unique marketing concepts, and developing full business plans for innovation centres, science parks, incubation space and enterprise centres.
