The Peer to Peer Networks Programme provides you a support network to help you keep Going & Growing.
2020 has been a year of uncertainty, delays, and postponement for many businesses.
The extent to which the COVID-19 pandemic has affected individual businesses has varied according to the sector they are within; but everyone has had an impact often leaving business owners isolated.
Simple survival for some has been an achievement
Innovas has been appointed by Cheshire & Warrington LEP as a partner to deliver this programme of support for ambitious companies at an important time.

Peer to Peer Networks is a national networking programme built around Action Learning and provides a structured support within a confidential and trusted environment of your peers.
Delivered locally by Innovas, we create diverse groups of individuals to collaboratively work through common business issues. Through interactive action learning, we enable you to discuss your own challenges, gain and reflect on valuable feedback and implement practical solutions.
From finance and HR to sales, marketing and more, our expert facilitators give you the flexibility to create a trusted support network that works for you, helping you to build and strengthen
your business and improve its overall performance.
The programme is fully funded and is available to any SME business that has:
- Operated for at least one year
- At least five employees
- A turnover of at least £100,000
- Aspiration to improve and grow
Peer Networks enables you to make connections that go far beyond networking.
You will receive 18 hours of support working in small virtual groups through your Peer Network meetings AND an additional 3 ½ hours support specifically designed to help you and your business.
As part of the additional support we have partnered with East Cheshire Chamber of Commerce who can provide one to one initial advice to participants on International Trade, Customs & VAT requirements for trade with the EU post BREXIT. This will be available both to members and non-members of the Chamber.
By completing Peer Networks, you will:

- Improve your long-term personal and business performance
- Receive support to help you tackle the short-term issues that are affecting your business now, including those related to COVID-19
