Operating as a ‘virtual company’, and drawing on a network of over 90 consultants and partners, our flexibility guarantees reasonable fee rates and the ability to assemble technically strong, experienced, and effective teams created to meet the needs of each assignment.
Each team member provides his/her own references. This gives our clients precisely the expertise they need without the need to pay for any unnecessary overheads.
For each project Innovas appoints a Project Director from the core team responsible for client co-ordination, quality control and project management. Each company draws on the central network of associates and partners.
We are developing teams based in each of the English Regions, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. For each project we combine our local team using their local knowledge and contacts, and strengthen them with national expertise.
