Helen Hamilton:With over 20 years experience in Customer Service, Training and Management, Helen has a passion for helping others learn and apply the best ideas and techniques in order to make service a worthwhile business difference.
Helen believes that you can only deliver Service Excellence externally if you are delivering it internally. This means not only having the right people within your business, but also using tools to help coach and develop them. Helen is certified to deliver feedbacks using both Hogan (Leadership psychometric tool) and TEIQue (Emotional Intelligence tool) and has extensive experience using these tools to help leaders and managers understand their own strengths and weaknesses and how these might affect the people around them in the workplace.
Helen’s experience includes working Chris Daffy and the Academy of Service Excellence; SOCAP Board Member (Society of Consumer Affairs Professionals):National Customer Service Awards Judge: Customer Relations Management for Balfour Beatty Utility Solutions, Central Trains Ltd, Travelcare in the Co-Op Group.
Julie Gittins: Julie’s motto is to ‘challenge, change and capture’. Key to this is building relationships, creating trust, developing self-awareness and having fun. She has over 15 years’ experience in creating and developing learning solutions; specifically focusing on building management and leadership programmes to engage, excite and develop individuals and teams to achieve their full potential. She is passionate about her role and gets a buzz from bringing people on board with organisational change and culture transformation and turning cynics into collaborators.
Julie works closely with her clients to understand and get under the skin of their needs; partnering with them to ensure that jointly agreed solutions are creative, motivating and engaging. Julie delivers quality and impactful training/development sessions using a variety of techniques, approaches and behavioural tools, specialising in MBTI and Insights. She is also an Insights / DISC practitioner; Human Synergistics – LSI and GSI Consultant: and has Belbin – Team Role Accreditation.
Her experience includes the travel and telecoms industries, working with Thomas Cook, My Travel and Three mobile, where she consistently supported people by driving cultural change in very fast paced and ever changing environments. She also worked with British Gas to implement an ‘Inspiring Change’ programme.
Tim Ashcroft: Tim initially trained as a musician however he chose to move into business keeping music as a hobby. His career spans 40 years working in sales, marketing, advertising, consultancy, research and leadership; including working and living in the Middle East for 17 years which created an awareness and understanding of working and living in multi-cultural societies.Tim believes in leading with passion and collaborating to create winning teams.
In addition to building his own business and dealing with the rollercoaster challenges on the way; he has worked with many senior company managers and owners providing coaching and mentoring support: and has focused on the need to develop individuals to understand the impact of the culture they create.
Building collaborative teams has become an area he has particularly specialised in, working extensively across the public and private sector at board level including NHS, Higher Education Funding Council of Wales, Leeds City Growth, Nottingham City Council, Derby City Council, Leicester MBC, Northwest Development Agency, and BIS.
In 2006 Tim established Innovas as a consultancy and management development company based in Cheshire. The company works nationally with the NHS, central and local government, and also provides support to developing companies and their key staff supporting them to reach their growth potential.
