As the MD of Innovas Consulting, Philip heads our Enterprise, Education & Employability Research, Strategy and Evaluation Consultancy. Having worked at a national level across the UK formulating, delivering and evaluating enterprise, education and employment policy, Philip brings extensive experience of building innovative solutions to tackling worklessness and the barriers to enterprise. Philip is an Ambassador for the Make Your Mark Campaign to encourage a culture of enterprise in the UK.

As MD of Innovas Solutions, John heads our Sector Internationalisation Consultancy. Building on his experience in international and UK consultancy, focusing on hard market intelligence analysis to develop strategies for internationalisation, John combines his consultancy and business development expertise to develop and implement national, regional and local sector strategies and action plans.

Her experience in both the public and private sectors combined with an MBA and Prince2 qualification, means that Kate can manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder business support programmes, high-profile international events and detailed market research projects. Since joining Innovas Solutions, Kate is enjoying widening her considerable experience of working with Central Government and the Devolved Administrations to Regional Development Agencies and Local Authorities through-out the UK. Kate is responsible for Business Development and Project Management within Solutions.

Amanda combines a wide range of sector research experience for national, regional and sub regional organisations including Aerospace, Engineering, Environmental and Renewable Energy Technologies with the practical experience of delivering direct company support as well as supporting the public sector develop strategies.

Peter is a specialist in custom-Leadership Development Programmes. He has over 25 years’ international experience in Management Consulting and over 15 years’ in Executive Education and Leadership Development. His clients have included global, blue-chip companies including ING, ANZ, Lloyds, Generali, Merck, Rio Tinto and Shell. Over the past 5 years in particular he has designed, developed and delivered custom in-house Executive Education and Leadership Development programmes focusing on Leadership Competency Assessments, individual and collective leadership capability, the role of leaders in Transformational Change, Business Operating Models including Shared Services, Innovation, Collaboration and Change Management. Peter has a Masters from Cambridge and is currently delivering a series of Master classes on Innovation for Bradford School of Management. He is a published author of articles and research on future best practices in business management, an experienced coach and facilitator and a frequent platform speaker.
