Innovas was awarded a contract with Knowsley Borough Council in 2013 to provide support to companies in Bidding & Tendering to the Public Sector.

This has involved working closely with the council’s business support team in the Directorate of Regeneration, Economy and Skills; supporting joint events for Knowsley based companies; running tendering workshops; working 1-2-1 with companies; supporting companies to prepare and submit PQQ and tenders; working with local major buyers (construction) to enable small local suppliers to bid into the opportunities; developing opportunities for collaborative bidding; supporting companies to develop comprehensive compliant policies.

Many companies find this a complicated challenge and therefore miss out on major opportunities. Innovas has developed a service to support companies through this process; building their capability for the future.
